Self Help Services is a user led mental health charity that has developed considerable expertise in the field of primary mental health care. The charity currently runs a range of services including self help support groups, complementary therapy services, cCBT services and a primary care mental health team.
The Volunteer Services Co-ordinator will be responsible for the co-ordination, development and management of a range of existing volunteer-led services (complementary therapies, drop-in self help groups, structured self help groups) – including responsibility for the overall management of volunteers with the delivery of these services.
The successful candidate will have a genuine passion for improving the lives of those people who are affected by common mental health problems, such as anxiety and depression alongside a proven track record in the management of volunteers.
