Greater Manchester Sports Fund will help aspiring young sportsmen and women through the support invested by AGMA, by individual donors, corporate partners and other grant-giving trusts. The fund will work with the National Governing Bodies of Sport to identify young athletes and help them to achieve their sporting potential. This intervention can often be the difference between a talented athlete staying with their chosen sport or quitting.
To be eligible for a Greater Manchester Sports Fund grant, applicants must be competing at National, Regional or County level or have the potential to do so with appropriate funding and be between the ages of 12 and 21 years.
