Experience provides information and advice for residents making a choice about suitable volunteering placements and to make sure volunteers have a good understanding of what volunteering involves including. This includes any support they might need on their placements or whether any legal requirements are needed to take part in a volunteering activity. All potential volunteers can access both accredited and non accredited training to support them before and during their involvement on placement

A total of 90 plus local residents of East Manchester have accessed volunteer placements and feel volunteering has enhanced their prospects of finding employment and enabled them to get the most out of being a part of a team environment

Experience volunteering is available to any residents of East Manchester with an interest in using volunteering as a step towards something new and a chance to develop new skills.
