If you've had great service from one of the First Bus staff, please let them know about it.

Superstars gives everyone at First UK Bus the opportunity to be recognised for the important part they play in delivering a good service, whether it's the service to a customer or work they have done to help their colleagues and the organisation as a whole.

First want to know who has 'gone that extra mile', whether it's the driver who helped a customer with their luggage, the engineer who worked all weekend to service a vehicle or the service received at your local Travel Shop.

Every month a Superstar from each First Operating Company will be selected. The month's winner will receive £100 High Street store shopping vouchers in recognition of their contribution to the business and service to customers.

First are inviting customers to nominate any member of staff with good service. To nominate your Superstar select the 'Customer nomination form' from the left menu.

Staff can nominate work colleagues who they know have played an important role in delivering First service to the public. To nominate your work colleague as a Superstar select the 'Colleague nomination form' from the left menu.
