Subject - Manchester Young Windows

Posted : (Monday 26th March 2007 ) By - Jane (Registered User)We are a group of young people, 15-21 and adult helpers from Muslim, Jewish, Palestinian and Arab heritage who are learning about each other and how to talk to each other about hot issues. So far we have met 3 times together and have developed the programme see below. We are looking for other like minded young people to join us.

Our aim is to meet regularly and learn about our shared interests including issues that may divide us, especially in relation to Israel and Palestine. We want to develop some material such as a resource pack or a DVD for other young people and people who work with them.

PROGRAMME
Sunday 22nd April - Visit to a synagogue (details to be confirmed)

Sunday 10th June - Visit to a mosque (details to be confirmed)
